Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration during three weeks, at 25º controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation produced spontaneously in steel tanks.

900 x 75 cl bottles.
Sensory
Dark cherry, semi intensity, with attractive bright reflections.
Nose highlights its perfumed personality, with red fruits and aniseed notes.
In mouth is gentle with nice initial acidity, soft entrance and robust body, with a warm final.
Suggestions
To be consumed at 16º
Pairing: white meats, pasta, sausage, fish with creamy sauces and light stews.
