Harvest
The Cariñena from La Solana (El Lloar) was harvested on September 27 and the Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena from Roquerol (La Vilella Baixa) were harvested on October 6. The harvest was carried out manually in boxes of 10 kilos.
Vinification
Micro-vinifications by plots of between 300 and 800 kilos at a controlled temperature, for three weeks.
Maturing
It has remained for two months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Consumption recommendations:
We recommend consuming this wine at an approximate temperature of 16º-18º. It will evolve well in the bottle for the next four or five years.
It is a fruity wine with good acidity that pairs perfectly with rice, pasta, fish and white and grilled meats.
